World Champs Submission

SUBMISSION
In order to partecipate to the Footbike World Championship it is necessary to enter by using the submission module in excel format that you can download using this link ()

Submissions must be sent by the 30th of June.
If the submission is carried out after the 30th of June, an extra cost of 10 Euro will be added to the fee.
The submissions deadline is the 15th of July.

The submission module allow to:

-) Submit data of one or more athletes and related companions
-) Indicate the code number or reserve the compulsory CHIP AMB-MyLaps for the official timekeeping system
-) Reserve dinners, breakfasts and accommodation in the Sport Centre (Gym)
-) Indicate the size of the T-Shirt that is comprised in the submission pack
-) Buy the event Polo shirts and specifying the size for each one
-) Estimate the cost of all your choices

INSTRUCTIONS

1) download the SUBMISSION module in XLS format
2) fill the module with the data related to the participants to the event

3) send it as attachment to the e-mail address: elisa.viglio@alice.it

4) as soon as it will be checked, you will receive a confirmation email with the instruction to carry out the payment

5) carry out the payment through direct debit

...then just take your scooter and present yourself to the start line on time!

FEES

RACES: 20 EURO FOR ALL 4 RACES, kids under 12 years old don't pay -This cost includes the T-shirt and the accommodation in the gym

FOOD: 10 EURO A DAY for 1 dinner and 1 breakfast both for the athletes and companions (kids under 12 years old pay 5 euro a day and kids under 5 don't pay)

CHIP: 20 EURO AS DEPOSIT FEE for each CHIP AMB-MYLAPS (deposit will be given back when chip is returned)

EXTRA: 15 EURO FOR THE EVENT POLO SHIRT- remember that in the submission fee the event T-Shirt is included. You can buy the Polo shirt of the Footbike World Championships made of quality cotton, in the national blue color and the event logo. If you book in advance you are sure to reserve the quantity and sizes you need and you will be able to take them at your arrival. The polo will be sold during the event until stocks last.
